[ He's finding that he doesn't care even if people were looking, and isn't that a kick in the pants.

It feels selfish, with their circumstances and everything, and part of him is screaming to pull away, to not engage, to let it go because he's done. He's been done for awhile. Nothing can change that, no matter how much they both want it.

But the other part of him is entirely too selfish and so, he stays put. ]

[it's a really bad idea. And it's selfish for Tyr too, but if he takes the time to think too hard about any of that, then he'll be the one who gets spooked and runs and - he can't do that. Not when it's . . . whatever this is. Complicated.

[ after another long moment: ]

I should . . . get back.

[ he's not moving tho. ]

[funny, neither is he]

[ He's gonna just pull back before they can make any more poor choices. ]

[he lets his hand drop when he does, but catches Crois' sleeve before he can get too far]

[ He glances down at his sleeve at that. ]

[leonheartedly]

[he also glances down, frowning as his fingers briefly tighten. Then, quietly:]

All I know is that I don't want it to stop.

[afineknight]

[ He grimaces slightly.

And then glances up, looking out at the mist.

fuck it. ]

Neither do I.

[leonheartedly]

[oh . . . he glances up, surprised]

[afineknight]

[ He too seems surprised and grimaces again, not making eye contact. ]

[leonheartedly]

[after a moment he nods, tugging once at his sleeve before letting go]

He leans to look Crois in the eye, and in a firmer tone:]

[ He finally looks up, meeting his gaze. ]

[the corner of his mouth lifts]

[he raises an eyebrow]

[afineknight]
