Information. For this, he's going to give a general rundown of the history, things that are relevant to us... Not necessarily things people don't already know. But having a consolidated reference that's fact-checked to some extent will be a good start.

He also let me know a few other things while we were talking... Like that he has ways of getting other people's memories, including from a long time ago. And that what Charon mentioned about priests binding demons came from their lady demon, and isn't universally applicable.

Doesn't surprise me. Information - good information - doesn't come cheap.
