[ He steps over to the kitchen counter, bracing himself against it. ]

It— Charon and Minuet are already working on the situation, right? So why— why waste this thing on that?

. . . I'm not saying the other use isn't important. Being able to protect a group and get them to safety - that'd be incredibly useful.

But it's just one use. If it were . . . something that could be used again, then I'd have a harder time deciding.

[ He doesn't respond.

[ He turns and just

plants his face against Tyr's shoulder. ]

[he puts his other arm around him immediately, holding him tightly]

fear, grief, concern, and ??? maybe a little bit of hope??

he's not moving any time soon. ]

[yeah. Yeah, Tyr might be feeling some of that, too.

He isn't planning on moving, this is fine]

[ He pulls back, muttering: ]

[ let's not do this in the kitchen any longer. ]

[right, kitchen. He huffs quietly and briefly tightens his arms before letting him go]

[ He guides them up to his room, pushing the door shut behind them with his foot.

and then he just sort of. stares at the wall. ]

[when the door clicks shut, he reaches out to gently pull him close again to put his arms around him]

[ he lets himself be pulled in. ]

[he has to clench his fingers in Crois' jacket because his hands might've started shaking again]

[ He's not moving even as he continues his verbal vomit. ]

Because— okay because, if we get pulled from a certain point in time, it makes the most sense to return to that point in time. Preventing disruptions. So for me, that event, it has already passed. But if— if my body changes here, my soul and everything, if it no longer happened to it and I then go back to the exact time I was taken . . .
